Please find attached the Secretary’s Notice of Board Approval of the FY
2026-30 Strategic Plan.

*Note:* Under the ICANN Bylaws, delivery of the Secretary’s Notice on 20
March triggers the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period, during which an
individual may submit a petition to any Decisional Participant, seeking to
reject the Board action.

This 21-day period for ICANN FY26-30 Strategic Plan commenced on 20 March
2025 and will end at 23:59 PDT on 10 April 2025, or 06:59 UTC on 11 April
2025.
