This effort is critical to ensuring that the multistakeholder model evolves and meets the changing needs of the ICANN community. The Implementation Operations team is offering an up to 30 minute interactive update on this project, more specifically on the evaluation methodology, which is used to assess the current projects/initiatives that are supporting the multistakeholder model. ICANN org will soon be asking chairs to initiate your respective group's processes to appoint members and liaisons to these seats. While members are required, liaison appointments are optional (albeit strongly encouraged). To ensure that the appointment process is completed in time for the start of the next CSC term, ICANN org will ask to be notified of your appointments by Monday, 1 August 2022.
