Hi, attached is an email from Kevin Wilson informing us that in order to release the DNSO funds to support the travel costs for members of the six GNSO constituencies, he needs a clear request from each constituency of the exact amount and payment instructions (e.g., name of payee, account #’s, currency, date of transfer). Hi Chuck, I don¹t think we need to determine that amount. As Kevin says in his email, it would be logical for him to have 6 requests for US$ 3,3327.30. So I would think that would be the maximum any constituency could request, but as discussed during our last Council meeting, constituencies can also request less if they don¹t feel they require their full allocation of the DNSO funds. Hi, My personal recommendation would be that they be applied to a constituency that needs them, but I am aware that this flies in the face of the strict division of everything into 6 parts.
