The application process opens 17 May 2023. The application deadline is, 05 June 2023 at 23:59 UTC. The goal of this program is to facilitate participation in ICANN Public Meetings during the pandemic. It offers community members who have limited Internet capacity financial assistance to increase their Internet bandwidth.
