Melissa will help us navigate through this, with possibly a follow-up to yesterday in addition to the following. Team Development Event Navigating the evolving nature of GNSO work. This development session is expected to provide Council members specific tools through presentation and facilitated discussion on how to be more effective in a virtual environment, both as a Council member as well as manager of the PDP. It will also highlight specific aspects of the Consensus Playbook that may assist the Council in its work and setting up PDPs for success. Goal: Engage Councilors regarding how they plan to execute on their role within the fully virtual, and possibly hybrid, work environments. Presentation on tips / tools Facilitated discussion topics: * How to make virtual meetings and policy development activities more effective and interactive? Is there anything to learn/improve in light of the Council's 18-month experience of full remote participation? * Future planning - navigating inequities when F2F returns.
