Yes, although I think the title "Draft Final Report" is a misnomer because that has a totally different meaning than what we asked staff to produce. I understand but I do not believe we intended Staff to create a Draft Final Report in the sense defined in the PDP in the Bylaws. In fact, I don't think we really considered that. Still, I personally believe that the report fulfills our request. Hi, Though "draft Final Report" is what the council asked for, the staff decided to call it something different. I think it can still serve the same purpose, which is to collect the update of constituency comment and to collect more private comments - all of which can be discussed in LA.
