I was going to ask if this effort to promote/preserve transparency of Council small team activities would extend retrospectively to all past small teams (to the extent possible since some of the calls may not have been recorded) but I see that staff have already included those details starting from 2020, in the Wiki page. Staff has worked with Council leadership to prepare a draft guidance document for small teams, to try and document transparency elements. As that guidance was being developed, we believed that it may also be helpful to provide overall guidance and set expectations for small teams more broadly, not just for transparency requirements. You will see tabs that allow for the capture of at least Membership, Documents, and Meeting Recordings (where applicable).
