Please note that the GNSO Council at its meeting on 21 July 2016 agreed that a special GNSO Council meeting on Tuesday, 9 August 2016 to confirm the members and liaisons of the Customer Service Committee will not be needed. Instead there will be an email ballot on two motions: confirming the Customer Service Committee Slate of members and liaisons and the GAC Communique response. The email ballot will run for four days, 6th 7th 8th and 9th August 2016. Separate instructions will be forthcoming on the email ballot. The motions for consideration are due no later than (NLT) 10 days in advance (i.e. TUESDAY, 26 July 2016 at 23:59 UTC) of the commencement of the voting period on 6 August 2016.
