This triggers an Approval Action Community Forum, regarding the Fundamental Bylaws Amendments relating to the Customer Standing Committee and IANA Naming Function Review, to be convened and concluded during the period beginning upon the Approval Action Board Notification Date (11 May 2026) and ending at 11:59 pm (PDT) on the 30th day after the Approval Action Board Notification Date (09 June 2026); or during the next scheduled ICANN public meeting (ICANN86). The Approval Action Community Forum is convened at the direction of the EC Administration and we will have to notify staff which format is preferred by Friday, 22 May 2026 should we wish to convene in-person at ICANN 68.
