Indeed it seems unusual that the ByLaws refer to NCSG in Article 11, but Article 8.2 (g) re the composition of the Nom Com refers only to a representative from NCUC and does not list a representative from NPOC: 8.2 (g) .... "(vi) One delegate from consumer and civil society groups, selected by the Non-Commercial Users Constituency." Accordingly I agree with Tomslin and Paul and have added notes in the document saying that Article 8.2 of the ByLaws should be amended to add a provision for a seat on the NomCom for the NPOC.
