Dear Councilors, In support of the motion submitted by Pam, please see the template for conducting the second Customer Standing Committee Effectiveness Review as referenced in the motion. Note, the template as attached is conditionally approved by the ccNSO Council, pending adoption by the GNSO Council. If the GNSO Council believes changes are required to the template in order to adopt, the ccNSO Council would then need to subsequently adopt the revised version. Additionally, per Philippe’s note to the Council on 27 July 2021 about diversity not being critical to support the CSC Effectiveness Review and that he would work with the RySG in identifying volunteers, please note that Donna Austin and Jonathan Robinson have stepped forward to participate in the second review. Dear Pam, Please consider the proposed friendly amendment to the motion (I think it will remove some potential confusion while not changing the text of the motion significantly and not changing the idea behind the motion): Plus the clarified template - ccNSO was bit too optimistic on the timeframe and the friendly amendment will be able to fix that if approved as such.
