In any event, if it should be determined that the motion stands then I make a friendly amendment to it: remove resolve #2 requesting an issues report on the UDRP. I accept that as friendly, and it is my understanding then if the seconder of my motion does not accept it as friendly it will only need another Councilor to second it.
