Thank you for agreeing to volunteer for the CPWG’s SubPro Prioritization Sub Team. The initial purpose of the cpwg-subpro@icann.org mailing list is to help complete the sub team’s work. Please visit the group’s workspace to review group objectives, relevant resources, and to access call materials.

 

The next sub team meeting will be Tuesday, 18 April, 23:30-00:30 UTC. The homework for next Tuesday’s call is explained below.

Calls: Between now and ICANN77, calls will be held each TUESDAY from 23:30 – 00:30 UTC. Calls are on Zoom only. All calls will be recorded due to timezone constraints and recordings will be published on the workspace. Yesterday’s call materials are here.

 

Homework: Ahead of next Tuesday’s call, please

  1. identify your topic of expertise/interest; and
  2. familiarize yourself with the ICANN76 Board Scorecard (38 pending recommendations)
  3. conduct a deep dive on your topic by reviewing related rationale outlined in the SubPro Final Report on the key areas of your issue
  4. familiarize yourself with the group’s prioritization matrix, and
  5. review the 2021 ALAC Advice on SubPro

The homework assignment is also explained towards the end of yesterday’s call.
