For those who haven’t listened to Tuesday’s recording, the homework ask is to identify and rank which of the items in the Prioritization Matrix are prerequisites, and if so, for when? Your input will guide the overall group discussion.

For the homework in the Prioritization Matrix, please:

• Use only the first tab (titled Volunteer INPUT), add your text only in columns P, R, and T.
• Instructions for adding text for columns P, R, and T: add your (1) name and response in the cell, without deleting anyone else’s reply, and (2) your response.
• If it is easier to send staff your input directly, please use the attached Excel spreadsheet (cells O,P, and Q), and we will add your input into the Google spreadsheet.
• The homework assignment is also explained towards the end of last Tuesday’s call.
