Dear colleagues,

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (https://www.icann.org/) and the Internet Service Providers and Connectivity Providers Constituency (https://www.ispcp.info/) cordially invite you to a series of DNS Training Webinars for ISPs.

ICANN's mission is to help ensure a stable, secure and unified global Internet. Established in 1998 as a not-for-profit corporation with a community of participants from around the world, ICANN helps coordinate and support these unique global identifiers. Within this structure, the ISPCP ensures that the views of Internet service providers and connectivity providers contribute to the achievement of ICANN's goals and objectives. The constituency also works to protect the interests and concerns of the ISP and connectivity industry.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Technical Engagement team, in collaboration with the Internet Service Providers and Connectivity Providers (ISPCP) constituency, is excited to announce a series of training sessions aimed at both technical and non-technical individuals, focusing on topics related to the Domain Name System (DNS). These sessions are intended for all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) globally.

Webinar - DNS Training Session for ISPs: From WHOIS to RDAP

Monday, June 2, 2025, 15:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC

This session, From WHOIS to RDAP, is scheduled for Monday 2 June from 15:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC. RDAP is the new protocol for storing and querying Internet identifiers such as IP addresses, Autonomous System numbers, and domain names. It is a great tool to help you during troubleshooting, investigations, and customer/user support. In addition, it has several improvements over its old father, the WHOIS protocol.

Please register today and join a community of ISP participants: https://icann.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJclc-CpqTMsGNT5zZNpW0vZ0lcv4v9Ut68f#/registration

More dates will be announced soon.

We look forward to seeing you at these webinars!
