I come bearing good news! 

For the past two years NCUC has been conducting some capacity building activities directed to improving our membership's skills on "Writing for Policy and Public Comment". Some of our activities included an onsite course in ICANN Puerto Rico and some webinars following this initial interaction. 

As part of the ABRs dedicated to these efforts we are now happy to announce an ICANN Learn Course on "Writing for Policy and Public Comment". The course was based on the onsite course we facilitated back in ICANN61 and  is now open to the entire ICANN community.
