We have added time for a discussion on the Change of Registrant policy. This is the Phase 1(b) in the Inter-Registrar Transfer Review PDP.

It will be of interest for the At-Large members in the TRP PDP working group to have the CPWG “feedback” to the CoR policy. We have created a “poll” that will be held if time permit this.

The “poll questions” are:

From an end-user perspective, do you believe the present Change of Registrant Policy works as intended?

Are you in favor of keeping a transfer lock period after a change of registrant data?

If the TPR PDP working group proposes to alter the transfer lock period after a change of registrant data, what is your recommendation to the WG?

2. A transfer lock period LESS than 60 days

3. No transfer lock period

Updates to Registrant data: Which information, if any, should result in a transfer lock?
