I think the change indicates that we are taking a broader view and that is important. I think it is a good statement and thank Alan for taking the initiative.

Maureen, I have posed a revised version of the ODP statement on the wiki - https://community.icann.org/x/qgNACQ.

The change, as decided during the CPWG meeting today, was to make it clear that the issue in question is not just relevant to the SSAD but to future PDPs as well, and I referenced SubPro and Rights Protection mechanisms as discussed.

In your hands now. My understanding is that the deadline for submission is Friday.
