Putting my personal preferences aside, and ignoring the fact that some people consider me to be part of a ’surveillance caucus’ ;-) ,

I think this contribution nicely covers ALAC’s consensus with regard to the initial report. Well done!

A few nits/typo’s I noticed, just for the record as I know I am too late and they will not be incorporated:

Point 45: add ‘not’ —> ‘Without the Admin fields, there is the potential for a registration record not having’ (etc)

Point 87: the GDPR only applies to _natural_ persons, not legal persons - see recital 14

Point 147: a bracket is missing after ‘disclosure’?

And I do not know whether it was submitted as such, but the version on the wiki page to be voted upon by the ALAC does not include answers for recommendations 13, 14 and 21.
