As discussed at last week's CPWG call on 9 July, I am circulating the draft ALAC comment (statement) for the Base Registry Agreement public comment proceeding 1 of 2. This is to help expedite the process leading to an ALAC vote and comment submission on or by 21 July.

I have proposed 1 additional point which will be discussed at this week's CPWG call on 16 July.
