having reviewed the documentation relating to the Public Comment
"Evolving the Governance of the Root Server System", I invite you to
read my comment on https://community.icann.org/x/2IajBg
This is a significant change in the way the world's 13 Root Servers
work.
It is likely to bring a more stable and scalable Internet Root
Server System in the future.
It is likely to bring a more coordinated Internet Root Server System
with bottom-up, multistakeholder policy development.
It is also likely to cost more money - with the source of funding
being ICANN.
