Further to the previous e-mail, here are two other
issues that appeared on several slides.
Slide #7
URS Recommendation #6 --
The Working Group recommends that a uniform set of
educational materials be developed to provide guidance
for URS parties, practitioners, and examiners on what is
needed to meet the “clear and convincing burden of proof" in a URS proceeding
Question to CPWG: Who should bear the cost of these materials. Should this be URS
providers? Who has the most to gain from
this? Who will be neutral.
Slide 18 - Sunrise service community question #5c
Do you have suggestions on how to enable trademark
holders who use non-English scripts/languages to
effectively participate in Sunrise
Question to CPWG: Should we try to provide some answer
to this question 5(c), consistent with principles of support
Thanks
