Can At-Large accept that the FOAs are not needed in the final new IRT Policy? ( i.e. that Transfer Authentication Code (TAC) is sufficient)?

At the end of the discussion, there will be a poll to the CPWG with the question. Please refer to the CPWG agenda and the At-Large Workspace: Transfer Policy Review Policy Development Process (PDP) for relevant information.
