I have created an overview of the Preliminary Recommendation with the intention to get CPWG members comments, see

The idea is to indicate by using the colors:

Green: Wording/proposed Preliminary Recommendation is OK for me

Yellow: Wording/proposed Preliminary Recommendation may be altered. Please add your proposal in the corresponding cell.

Red: Wording/proposed Preliminary Recommendation cannot be recommended. Please add your proposal in the corresponding cell.

Please do not alter input done by others. Keep to “your cells”
