On behalf of the Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG) co-chairs, we are seeking At-Large Community volunteers to Penhold for the Fourth Proceeding for Proposed Language for Draft Sections of Next Round AGB posted for public comment by ICANN org. The Call for Penholders will close at the conclusion of ICANN82 on Thursday, 13 March 2025.

As mentioned during the At-Large Hot Topics session at ICANN82, the CPWG decided it would be in the interest of end users to develop an initial statement for ALAC consideration.

As this public comment will close on 02 April 2025, the updated schedule for the development and consideration of this public comment statement is as follows:

• Confirm list of penholder(s): 13 March 2025
• Penholder(s): First Draft Statement presentation and discussion via CPWG Mailing List – 19 March 2025
• Community: Comment on Draft Statement – 20 March 2025  –  24 March 2025
• Penholder(s): Final Draft Statement presentation – CPWG call on 26 March 2025
• ALAC: Vote on Final Statement – 27 March 2025  –  01 April 2025
• Staff: Submission of ALAC Statement – 02 April 2025
