I'm not quite sure what the "latter" slot is but I suspect it is the one on drafting a statement.

That is during the lunch session and although I was not planning to attend, I could.

BUT...

Given that the NCUC speaker is Elsa, having someone do it on our side with a bit less experience than me would be better. I'd suggest Justine or Marita. Both are relatively new, both have drafted more than one statement. Or together as a tag-team.
