Dear all,_______________________________________________Are we sure that all the folks that are addressees of messages related to callout, apologies, and similar, really need to know that? The message I am replying to has been sent to 42 different email addresses, some of which are mailing lists that therefore further distribute the message, while I believe that the only people who need to have this information are the ones at staff@atlarge.icann.org - as per instructions given multiple times.May I note that, on top of everything, this address - that is the only one needed - is not included as addressee, but the individual ALAC staff are.At the end of the year we all probably declare good intentions of doing better things in the following year - can this practice included in the commitments for all of us?Thanks,Roberto
