Good afternoon: Agenda point 8: ICANN/PIR relations with the 5 RIRs In this context, I would wish to raise two specific questions: 1. Can ICANN.org provide assurances that IPv4 address blocks assigned to a specific RIR remain available for users in that RIR Region. One comment recently sugggested that ICANN has no policy regarding the 'after-market' for IPv4 addresses. Is this correct? 2. Internet Governancce aspects: In the light of the recent AFRINIC episode, and the forth-coming IGF, what steps is ICANN taking to ensure that we can defend the RIR system, world-wide.
