As you may recall from the last CPWG meeting, Judith has drafted a comment on the draft report of the CCWG Auction Proceeds. I (and Sebastien), as two of the five ALAC-appointed Members of the CCWG, strongly disagree with it. The comment is due to be discussed at today's CPWG meeting, but I am tied up in a critical EPDP F2F meeting and cannot join the CPWG. I am attaching a short presentation which I ask Jonathan or Olivier to present on my behalf.
