Dear all, The Inter-Registrar Transfer PDP working group has entered phase 1(b) discussing the charter questions for a Change of Registrant (CoR) policy. I have prepared a few slides for the CPWG meeting on Aug 17 or Aug 24, 2022. The idea is to get CPWG members time to read the present policy (https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/transfer-policy-2016-06-01-en) and have their input to a essential question whether there should be a transfer lock after a change of registrant data.
