This has not been possible, so I would like to suggest it again for the next meeting. Let me also support Javier’s proposal. As a personal comment, I remember that in Montreal ISOC invited us to a lunch where the issue of extraterritoriality was discussed. I believe that extraterritoriality does not apply only to laws of a country that create situations outside its borders, but also to behaviour of private corporations that end up in being a de facto law.
