Please find included the (hopefully) final version of the Assessment Matrix.

Per conversastion yesterday;

ITEM 4 remained as is, with a small editorial change: Either use Service Level (SL) or Service Level Agrrement (SLA). Suggestion is to use SL, or SLs.
