I was suggesting at the open session, but I may also be misunderstanding something too.

The open session we conducted for the Charter Review resulted in one person showing up and I don’t expect anything different for the effectiveness review, so I thought we could kill two birds with one stone by having the CSC folks attend the open session and we could have an interaction with the CSC and anyone else who showed up. But maybe I’m just making this more complicated than it needs to be.

Donna – we are working on the CSC Agenda for their 10:30 meeting.  It wasn’t clear whether the open session you are suggesting would take place at 9:30 or during the regular CSC meeting, but I doubt that the CSC would have much time at its 10:30 meeting.

Sounds like a good idea Maria, but given the experience of our public session for the Charter Review, I wonder if we don’t just have an open session with the CSC and if anyone else shows up we can incorporate any comments they happen to make.
