CSC appointees must attend a minimum of nine meetings in a one – year period, and must not be absent for more than two consecutive meetings. Failure to meet this requirement
may result in the Chair of the CSC requesting a replacement from the respective organisation.
Publish Initial reprot for public comment: 14 January
Closure public comment: 24 February
Prep Final Report + staff summary week 25-1 March
Submit final report: 4 March
Per the IPR agreements, “IANA” cannot be used on a stand-alone basis. Accordingly, I’ve made a small edit to the first row of the matrix to fix this issue.
Hope you’re all well. Attached, a few editorial changes that may be worthwhile making on the matrix. Regarding attendance, I couldn’t track down where the “minimum of nine meetings”
came from for reference.
The Conclusions and recommendations section of the draft report looks good to me.

ITEM 4 remained as is, with a small editorial change: Either use Service Level (SL) or Service Level Agrrement (SLA). Suggestion is to use SL, or SLs.
