We recently completed a security review of our CRM system and will be implementing several enhancements over the coming months. Most changes you won’t notice but a few you will.

On 26 February 2020 we will be making the following changes:

Session Timeout

• The CRM will automatically log you out if your session has been idle for 1 hour. This is currently set to 8 hours. 

• We recommend always saving your work before stepping away or turning your attention to another activity.

Minimum Password Length

• This will be increased from 10 characters to 16 characters.

• We encourage you to use your Okta menu to login as this will minimize the inconvenience. Please let us know if you need the ICANN CRM tile added to your Okta menu.

Password Expiration

• Passwords will expire every 30 days instead of the current 90 days.
