1. to be recorded: good attendance of meetings – time zones were accommodated, and attendance was very good. Small group + liaisons => accountability function. Liaisons are in practice full members.

As a metric no member was lost because non attendance. (and as a model of a “small core team” it may be something to reproduce)

4 change of SLAs: will be part of the reviwsed annex to contract w/ IANA. So not in time to be included in

- change “there has been no need to escalate as per the RAP” as opposed ot “CSC has not needed…”  

- make sure that the RAP is referred to: and that GSNO and ccNSO (councils?) are only referred to as the ultimate

7. Individual problems were reported – but it’s not up to the CSC. But no formal complaint. PIT should report unresolved and escalated conmplaints. Informal approaches are reported to the PTI. So it practice it’s not quite a “complaint report function”

Correction : CSC has appointed a liaison to the IANA review team.
