Please find included the Final Report of the CSC Effectiveness Review Team for consideration and adoption by the ccNSO Council. The Report has been submitted to the GNSO Council as well for their consideration and adoption.
 
Based on the comments received on the Initial Report, no substantive changes were made. Recommendation 2 regarding then need to inform Liaison appointing organisations about the level of attendance of the liaisons was refined, following the ccNSO Councils comment.
