Attached, please find some proposed edits for consideration, which include:

• 1 or 2 grammatical fixes
• 2 corrections from “IANA functions” to “IANA Naming Function” so as to not create confusion and be clear that the CSC’s work is related to the IANA Naming Function only.
• In the summary of consultations that the RT performed, added “ICANN” in a couple of places as the RT also conducted consultations with ICANN.
• In the first paragraph of the introduction, suggested an edit to clarify that the PTI performs the IANA Naming Function under the IANA Naming Function Contract with ICANN.

Following yesterdays call please find included, the updates version of the slides:

As discussed moved Finding slide is moved.  Also adjusted language around concern future cohesion and quality of CSC

Also included redline and clean version draft Final Report

Major changes:

Adjusted number of achieved metrics (from 8-> 9)

Included process step of Public comment (page 5 and need to refine recommendation 2.

Adjusted Recommendation 2. It now reads: The CSC provides appointing organisations with attendance records on a regular basis, at least every year in the month May, and where minimum attendance requirements are not being met, the Chair of the CSC formally notifies the appointing organisation.

Included summary of public comments as ANNEX E

Please ack changes. I’ll draft a note to be send to the respective Councils

I will also draft a (courtesy) note for Chair ICANN Board and CEO ICANN and circulate it later.
