Always good to manage expectations as I unfortunately did not manage to through the links (point 2 on the agenda). I had planned to do this in the week before Christmas but got ill (covid). Nothing serious but it costed a number of working days and I am behind with everything since then and trying to catch up, but not very successful yet.

In preparation of the meeting later today (19., please find included proposed overview of topics to be discussed (kind of agenda):

1. Welcome & Roll Call/Approval of topics

2. Report Maarten on whether the provided information is accurate (see below notes from last meeting).

Maarten would check the links etc included in the overview (see document, included again for reference).

3. Preparing meeting with the PTI Board and PTI staff (if necessary)

Claudia is in process to schedule a meeting with the PTI Board.

4. Scheduling next steps/work items:
1. Meeting with others groups?
2. Scheduling Initial Assessment of metrics i.e Outcome

Tomorrow 19 January there is a CSC meeting at 10.00 UTC. Their agenda includes the item “Progress Review”. This could be an opportunity to raise additional questions/discussion. In February 2022 the CSC will meet again on the 16^th from 18.00 to 19.00 UTC.

Per our call yesterday, please find included the updated metrics overview document. It now includes:

• 4 additional metrics ( Chair election procedure, Frequency of meetings in light of the workload, Attracting  new and adequate volunteers, is the scope of activities still beneficial to the effectiveness of the CSC?)
