The report looks good to me, just a typo I think:

 

Analysis of Comments p26 says:

Based on the comments the Review Team does not see a compelling reason to adjust the Initial Report, with exception of amending recommendation 3 to take into account the comment from the ccNSO Council.

 

But in the body on p11, it’s 2 which was changed to mention the month of May explicitly. (ccNSO council also talks about 3 but essentially to say that it’s a good idea.)

 

Comments noted on the draft motion. Attached a rev with your suggestions.

We will publish the report as soon as RT agrees

 

Maybe include final sentence under resolution that if ccNSO also adopts the Report and supports finding and recommendations contained in it:

1.     The review process is closed and ERT is dissolved

2.     In accordance with terms of CSC Effectiveness Review Template the Chairs of  GNSO together with chair of ccNSO is requested to ecommend report to IFRT as soon as that is established.

I actually started drafting something for the GNSO, attached if it spares you part of the effort….

Deadline for the agenda in March 3^rd, essentially as a place holder the links can be added later.

 

Questions/note I may have:

• It there a need to mention/inform INFR of this report?
• A note to Donna, will need a seconder, shouldn’t be a problem but RySG would be welcome  
• Links in motions should be persistent/stable, want to make sure https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/file [icann.org] is indeed persistent.

Following yesterdays call please find included, the updates version of the slides:

As discussed moved Finding slide is moved.  Also adjusted language around concern future cohesion and quality of CSC

 

 

Also included redline and clean version draft Final Report

Major changes:

Adjusted number of achieved metrics (from 8-> 9)

Included process step of Public comment (page 5 and need to refine recommendation 2.

Adjusted Recommendation 2. It now reads: The CSC provides appointing organisations with attendance records on a regular basis, at least every year in the month May, and where minimum attendance requirements are not being met, the Chair of the CSC formally notifies the appointing organisation.

 

Included summary of public comments as ANNEX E

 

Please ack changes. I’ll draft a note to be send to the respective Councils

I will also draft a (courtesy) note for Chair ICANN Board and CEO ICANN and circulate it later.
