Latest update:
There are gaps/inconsistencies between the report and the proposed changes to the charter and the redline of the charter. It will take me some time to sort through this. To that end, I’m not
confident we will be in a position to post this for public comment by Tuesday.
I will do a bit more work on this today, but I will not be able to pick it up again until Tuesday.
It’s important that we get this right, so I hope folks will bear with me while I work to clean this up.
Thanks
Donna

Just as an FYI for everyone, I am making my way through the document and will get it back to this list tomorrow.

All,
Please find included redline and clean version of updates I have included, using Martin’s annotations.
Major changes:
-
Clarified the text around monthly meetings
-
Clarified the text with respect to the review of change of service level targets. Note the charter and text talk about service level targets, - expectations and – requirements.
-
Added language around the Remedial Action Procedure, following yesterdays discussions and current state of play
-
Moved section of travel support to observations ( out of charter scope) folwing earlier discussion not to include a reference to funding in the charter
-
Updated and cleaned up the amended charter itself
Next steps: assuming the goal is still to publish the initial report before the SJ meeting, suggest Keith and Donna review today and Martin, Abdalla (and I) again on Monday. By Monday evening UTC I suggest
you take a go/no go decision.
As to seeking public comment
-
Once document is up for public comment, I will use the different secretariats to inform the broader community about the publication and about the metign with the CSC, RySG and ccNSO, which they are
welcome to attend if interested.
-
I have reached out to Byron to check whether the RT could meet with CSC at the end of the public meeting
-
If document goes out on Tuesday for public comment, I’ll update the slides you used to discuss the initial findings with the CSC.
-
Finally, suggest to include a compare current and new charter as Annex B and make ToR Annex C.
Kind regards,
Bart

On today’s call I agreed to annotate the draft and share with colleagues. In the attached I try where I can to suggest revised wording, but I am afraid that there are a few comments and open questions…
I have not moved into the revised charter text!
Hope this helps.
Best
Martin
