I’ve also uploaded the separate versions: Donna’s Comments, Martin’s Comments, and Clean version w/no edits.
 
You may use the consolidated doc version to provide your comments, or on the clean version and I will consolidate it after – whichever you prefer.
 
I will be sending two calendar invites now. As agreed, the 07 December call at 16:00 UTC. The second calendar invite is for the 14 December call with the CSC.
