Please find included the amended document of proposed changes (version 02).

It now includes:

• All proposals/comments are numbered (1-24)
• the 2^nd column an indication of the proposer ( CSC or RT)
• The 3^rd column to be used to mark as agreed (green), further discussion needed (amber), not supported (red)
• Added 7^th column which you can use for your comments.

Please provide your feed-back and comments by Tuesday 23 January.

As said the overview of proposals is a combination of the changes proposed by the CSC following their internal review of the charter, and the proposals/comments from the RT, as included in the annotated charter.  For your reference, I have included the latest version of the annotated charter,
