First of all thank you for your feed-back on the overview of proposed changes.

Based on this overview I suggest I’ll prepare a draft amended charter for your discussion, and will circualte this early next week ( 29 or 30 January)

I’ll also include an updated version of the outline document. The first version is being reviewed by Donna.

Finally, the secertariat is in th eprocess of scheduling two calls for you:

• Call of CSC review Team to finalize the Interim Report. This is scheduled in week 5 – 9 February, and Maria will re-send the Doodle poll again
• Call with the CSC itself to share findings to date intended for the next CSC meeting on 15 February (20.00 UTC – 22.00 UTC), but this needs to be confirmed.
