Hi all,

I’m not sure why, but the CSC list email was dropped in my “reply to all.”

It occurred to me this morning that I had not included in the revised charter the reference to reviewing the RAP in the light of a new operator.  I think that this is simply a requirement to act on the request of the ccNSO and GNSO and in line with the separation review and is simply the other side of the requirement:  the separation decision requires the new operator to agree a RAP with CSC and the CSC needs to be required to agree the new RAP with the new operator.

While about it, I noticed that the last paragraph of the charter is no longer necessary.

Could you please use this version (…DA_MB2) as my input in developing the final version.

Thanks Bart and Donna for some good work on the final draft.  I’ve gone through it and made some minor changes and a few comments in the attached.

Generally I’m happy with the draft and fairly relaxed about my proposed changes.

As I indicated in the chat at today’s call, I am not around over a long weekend – Thursday to Monday inclusive.  I will only be able to read stuff on my mobile phone!
