Just checking to make sure you saw this information addressing your questions from Allan and Naela:

Attached please find a copy of the proposed Remedial Action Procedures as approved by the RAPs Working Group.  As noted during the last CSC meeting, it is proposed that these be approved at the CSC’s meeting in San Juan this Sunday, March 11.  

Allan will present a summary of the RAPs at the meeting.

And Naela:

Our next step is to share the final draft RAP document with both the PTI and ICANN Boards today for their information. In our message to the boards we’ll add the caveat that the CSC as a whole will be reviewing it on Sunday and that there could be additional changes made to the draft. 

 

On Sunday if the CSC deems that it is ready to approve the document, we’ll use that as a trigger to formally share the CSC approved RAPs with the PTI and ICANN Boards as a final notice. Kim Davies will later approve the RAPs on behalf of PTI, once both the PTI Board and the ICANN Board have been given the opportunity to review the proposed procedures and provide any feedback, if needed.

Yes, it is my understanding that the RAPs will be a stand alone document.

Has it been agreed by both PTI and the CSC? If not, what is the anticipated timing—it’s important to understand for the Charter review.

 

Also, can you confirm that the intention is to have the RAP as a standalone document to be referenced in the Charter, but not to form part of the Charter>
