Please find attached the proposed draft letter to be sent out to the leadership of all of ICANN’s Supporting Organisations and Advisory Committees, as well as the GNSO’s Stakeholder Groups and Constituencies. You can submit any comments to the mailing list or collect them for Monday’s call.

Here is the proposed agenda for what should be a short call on Monday:

1. Welcome

2. Letter to SO/AC and SG/C for input on 3-character codes

3. Agree on methodology and timeline for bringing together historical / current rules and policies on 3-letter codes

4. AOB and next meeting
