Please find included the latest version of the draft final paper (redline and clean).

Following the last call of the WG, staff circualted the draft final paper version 01, and send two reminders.

Until yesterday we have received one comment (from Jaap), which is included. The comment relates to wording around how ISO organizes its work with respect to ISO 3166 (and is included in this version).

Per charter (https://ccnso.icann.org/workinggroups/unct-framework-charter-27mar14-en.pdf) this is the second reading with respect to the proposed changes to the Interim paper.
