Please find included updated version of the Option paper ( version 15 May 2015). This version includes an update per the discussion on the previous call>

Major changes:

Section 0 (purpose of option paper) has been expanded to clarify the goal of the paper, and explain the need for the introductionary sections.
Section 1 has been restructured, it now includes two suggested text frames: Frame 1, current practices for assigning two letter codes, and including entities into ISO 3166-1, this needs to be updated). Text frame 2 the current definition in AGB, the detailed description of the discussion on use of geographical names is now included in Annex B. This will need to be updated to reflect the discussions in 2009 and 2010 era use of country and territory names as gTLDs.
The drift of section 1 has changed as well, central them is the evolution of the use of geographical names, in particular country and territory names
