All, I was waiting to see if others had views on this document to share but in the absence of any other input, I will weigh in with my additional 2 cents worth, written below in bold purple as [Julie Hammer2] and also incorporated as a couple of updates in the attached version of the document.

I must confess that I have a growing concern that the amount of 'process' involved for the CWG, as specified in this draft Charter, will impact their ability to put effort into the actual Transition Proposal itself.  I do realise that the process is important, but so is the deliverable.
